HOW TO VERIFY YOUR VEHICLE INSURANCE POLICY NUMBER

Hello everyone, do you know that it is illegal to drive around in a vehicle that has no genuine insurance cover? A car with no motor insurance policy is under a huge risk.



It is important that all vehicles have a genuine motor insurance policy and must be listed on Nigerian Insurance Industry Database (N.I.I.D). It is important that your vehicle insurance policy cover be renewed immediately it expires.

To verify your vehicle insurance policy number, simply an SMS to 33125 in the following format:

2. Under Check Policy section, enter your vehicle’s
registration number and click search. If your
policy is fake or you have none, you will receive
a response, written in RED, which reads: “Your
policy is not found!”

Note that if your policy number is not on NIID then you are not insured!
